Job Description
Technical recruiters will be accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. He/she administers the recruiting process for a small recruiting demand plan or provides assistance in administering the recruiting process for a medium to large recruiting demand plan.
Key responsibilities may include:
Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles
Screening applications and helping select candidates
Scheduling and managing preparation of interviews and assessing days
Conducting interviews
Applying selection test
Organizing and facilitating assessing days
Preparing for, organizing and participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to client policies
Responsibility for post-offer management
Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Utilizing recruiting database and tools
Reviewing recruit files for completeness
Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request
Identifying issues and recommending actions
Providing external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
Delivering key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting process
Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters and Channel Management Sourcing regarding candidates
Some travel may be required.
Qualification Requirements
Candidate must have 2 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a large, structured, corporate environment.
Technical recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelors Degree preferred
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be highly professional.
Must have worked with hiring managers of all different levels within previous organizations.
Must be able to work proficiently within Microsoft Office products specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Taleo recruiting software a plus
Candidate must be able to work overtime as needed
Advanced knowledge of client processes and supporting tools
