Concrete Cutters / Core Drillers23 – Tukwila

The Penhall Company is currently accepting applications for an experienced demolition / concrete cutter in our Tukwila location. We are also accepting applications for non experienced candidates. These candidates should meet a large majority of the position requirements or have experience in related work. Position duties: Interact with job site supervisors / customers Responsibility of job related paperwork & pre-task planning Inspection, general maintenance, and cleanliness of all company equipment Daily interaction with Penhall Company dispatch, admin and management personnel Transportation, use and maintenance of Penhall Company equipment to include, but not limited to: diamond blades, flat saw, core drill, wall saw, jackhammer & small tools Position Requirements: * Strong mechanical ability a must * Ability to lift 45 or more pounds * Must have clean MVR & CDL and maintain a positive driving record * Proficiency in one of the following tools; wall saw, core drill, flat saw, compressor tools * Because we are a service driven company, hours will vary based on customer needs. Opportunities for travel and/or overtime exist so open availability is a must. Additional Skills: Soft demolition experiences a plus. Commercial construction experience is preferred Bobcat and backhoe experience a plus but not essentialThis position earns from $16.84 to $28.04 (union scale). Penhall is concerned about safety.
